Previous to being a Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor, health and fitness has been an integral part of my life in all aspects. Since starting my career in the fitness industry, I specialise in boxing and 1 on 1 resistance training sessions, as well as strength and conditioning training. I also offer programming for clients who need direction in their training. I strive to motivate and get the most out of each client so that they meet their goals in a positive and healthy way.
