LIFT

Our LIFT Class is a form of Group Training which focuses on exercises designed to build and strengthen your major muscle groups that are used for daily movements. Strength and Conditioning is highly beneficial for those people who are wanting to improve their metabolic rate, overall health and wellbeing. 

Strength & Conditioning has different exercise variations with tailored programming to suit all experience levels.

HYROX CLASSES

Empire Performance Centre is one of Perth’s HYROX Affiliate Gyms.

HYROX is a global fitness racing competition designed to test endurance, strength and overall physical fitness through a standardised set of functional exercises.

Our HYROX classes are specifically programmed and designed to push you to your limits and prepare for this fitness race, all while getting fitter and stronger.

Our HYROX Classes are suited to all members & all fitness levels, even if you are not wanting to compete in HYROX

PERFORM

Our PERFORM Class involves a combination of weights, body weight and plyometric exercises generally programmed into a circuit style Class. These classes are modified every week and involves short bursts of anaerobic training with minimal rest periods.

We offer 45 minutes of different exercises and variations such as, weighted full body movements and functional based movements to elevate your heart to maximise your fat burning potential. 

PERFORM is a class to suit all Fitness levels and body types.

BOXING

Our Boxing Classes are to help improve your cardiovascular health and ideal for fat burning. These Classes include Boxing Fundamentals, Pad work, Bag work, Abdominal and Body-weight exercises programmed to push your workouts to new level.

Boxing is Suitable For all fitness levels and experience.

MOBILITY

Mobility at Empire offers a slower paced style of class, with specifically designed movements to improve flexibility and range of motion through various stretching exercises. Our Mobility Classe

This Class takes place upstairs in our Recovery Room.

KIDS & TEENS

We offer classes at Empire for your Kids and Teens, teaching children about movement patterns and learning more about their health and fitness while getting fitter and stronger. Our Kids Classes are designed for children aged 5-9 years old, and our Teens Classes are designed for children aged 10-15.
