KIDS AND TEENS CLASSES
Our Kids Classes are designed for children between the ages of 5-9, and our Teens Class 10-16. These Classes encourage your children to keep active as they learn more about their health and fitness all while getting fitter and stronger.
Payments are paid at reception prior to class.
