As a Personal Trainer who has been in the industry for over 6 years, I started off as a Group Fitness Instructor and quickly found my passion for one-on-one training with a focus on body re-composition. I specialise in targeting lagging body parts and enjoy working with clients in overcoming unwanted plateaus in their training; with an intense training style, every session will leave your body exhausted and your mind racing with new knowledge.

My passion for health and fitness has grown exponentially over the last 8 years and I’m a huge advocate of making health a priority. I love all things health and fitness, I love seeing someone turn up and do something they weren’t able to do the day before – whether that is fitting into clothes you haven’t been able to for years, or whether it is being able to run a little further or lift a little heavier. I am here for ALL OF IT! I've been on both sides of the spectrum. I know what it’s like to struggle with your weight, to give up and start over multiple times and what it's like trying to get back some fitness postnatally with minimal sleep and no time!
